Coming out of High School in Shelby NC, I entered the work force and quickly learned that the main foundation to success was exceeding a customer’s expectations and fulfilling their dreams. I hired on to a family-oriented company and spent the next 30 plus years honing the skills to be razor sharp and flexible in the application of those skills. I have taken my expertise, skill, my drive, and my ambition to realize the ultimate goal of any man in the gas service industry. To warm both hearts as well as homes by turning my customers’ dreams into their reality. By utilizing professionalism, skill, and an enduring love of what I do, it is my driving goal to provide quality products and expert installation (both to new construction and existing) to strive toward making each installation as unique as each individual customer. It is my blessing to be a part of one of the cleanest and most energy efficient industries in the world, and as a part of that industry to be able to serve others with my skills and my passion.

 Ten years prior to meeting Floyd, I worked in the manufacturing industry making the small detail parts for the auto industry. After we were married, I left the public workforce and home schooled our son through high school, and we worked together building a home and Family. With the strength that God gave us through a good marriage and strong family ties, we have built each other and those that we have encountered. I am so amazed at the journey we have taken, and I am always hopeful of the future. We look forward to being your gas services solutions.
